What helps us fix a problem quickly
- The name of the tool and the page address.
- What you did, what you expected and what happened instead, including any error message.
- Your browser and device, for example “Firefox on Windows” or “Safari on iPhone”.
- The approximate size and number of pages of the PDF, when the problem concerns a particular file.
Please do not send confidential documents. The tools never see your files, so a description or a harmless sample that shows the problem is enough.
